| I try to log in after 2 monthes and i saw that my hero was gone battle net won't replay on my email so has anyone a idea to get my hero back i didn't deleted it or something like that it is just gone i need to start hole over again. | ||

| Hello, Please make sure that you're playing in the correct region. Every region has its own hero database and if you're trying to log in to Americas while you played in EU before your hero will not be present. You can change your region in the Options menu in the Account section. | ||
