| Hi! I have problems when i join a new game and i teleport to a player by a banner. Sometimes the lagg holds for up to 7-8 seconds and this only happens at the first time i use banner to join anyone. Can this be fixed and how? It's very annoying when they are fighting elites/monsters and i die almost every time cus of this. Looking forward to a solution :) | ||

| Hello, This is something we are aware of and are investigating, it's related to assets being loaded. To minimise the issue, can you please try making sure the hard drive where the game is installed is error free and defragmented: battle.net/support/article/running-scandisk-defrag Also, make sure that you have no other applicatins running which may interfere: battle.net/support/article/shutting-down-background-applications | ||
