| I believe I have downloaded the patch 1.07, however once I press "Play Game" all I get is a white screen. Then when I click the white screen it says "Diablo III Retail is not responding". Any idea why and what I can do? | ||

| Kyle Go into your Diablo III folder > hover the mouse cursor over the Diablo III.exe 1. What file version are you showing? 2. What security programs do you have installed? 3. Please post some information about your computer. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista or 7, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the entire dxdiag file into your reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||
