| Bdm, The US servers are still not up yet due to continued maintenance. They're expected to be up again by 3 PM PST so I'd try again then and see if that's all it is. | ||

| Bdm, No one can join on the US right now until the servers are back up. Perhaps your cousin is using a different region's client and connecting there instead. Only the US is undergoing the maintenance and patch at this time. | ||

| Bdm, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It's going to appear in a few places in the file. | ||

| Bdm , Try deleting the Updates folder inside the Diablo III folder along with the Diablo III.mfil and Diablo III.tfil files. Then delete the C:\ProgramData\Battle.net folder too by following the steps in the article I've linked below.
