ive had a ticket open for about 2 days gonna be 3 now, ALL my blizz games are stuck at the update launcher window at about 60%.

the GMs helping me with the ticket have had me update my sound drivers, my graphics and network drivers. ive done the selective logon security thing, ive restarted my computer, ive deleted blizz files in the program data area and changed my battlenet email address and nothing worked.

THEN i was told to create another admin profile on my machine and THAT got it to work, d3 is running fine but its still bugged on my original profile. im currently going through a trace now.

anyone with help?

If a new admin account worked, it means there's a Windows permissions issue somewhere with your main account. A trace route isn't going to help with this.

While booted with the new user account, try removing your main account from the admin group and then putting it back in. Then see if that account works after logging back into Windows with it.
