| Good day, Since the update last week I have been unable to launch the game. I have deleted the files recommended in the other posts on this topic and now, on first launch, I get the pop up that the agent is updating, this hangs at about 45%, I close the window, go into the task manager, manually shut down the agent process, wait a minute, then relaunch and it hangs on updating launcher at about 75%. I close the window, go into the task manager, manually shut down the agent process, wait a minute, then relaunch and now hung at updating tools 0%. I did leave this run overnight two days ago and it got to 79% before it hung. Any suggestions? | ||

| Forseti, If you use an antivirus or software firewall program, try temporarily disabling them before launching the game. They can interfere with program installation or updates. | ||

| Forseti, Try updating your version of Adobe Flash. I had another user, with Windows 8, that after exhausting everything else we could think of, updating his Flash app fixed it. | Forseti, Try creating a new Windows User account and adding it to the Administrator's Group.
