I've been having issues connecting lately. Just wanted to see if there are people here experiencing similar things I have and what you may have done to correct it. All this has been happening within the last two or so weeks. No settings have been changed on my computer or connection to my internet. Verizon FIOS is my internet provider, if it matters.

- When I login, the game will connect to server, but then 'hang up' when it goes to authenticate my login info. I wait a little bit for the cancel button to come up, cancel and retry, which usually will let me finally get into the game. This has happened alot in the past couple of weeks. Not in recent memory can I remember an instance where this has happened to me prior to recently.

- Also, there have been numerous instances where I go to 'start game' or 'resume game' and get stuck on the loading screen. Last night this happened when I joined a random group for uber runs. I accepted the invite which brought me to the loading screen. I got hung up on the loading screen but I heard that sound when you join the game. I waited a little bit and finally got into the game but I couldn't click anything (wouldn't open chest, couldn't talk to jeweler/craftsman), and couldn't hit the "quit" button to leave game. I ultimately ctrl+alt+del to close out.

Long story short, just connectivity issues but those were the two main ones I've encountered lately. The occasional in game lag as well, but that I've come to somewhat expect.

It's a thread started by Blizzard to collect information with which to pass on to Verizon to see if it will help them resolve the issues. There is no "workaround or fix" we can offer at this time.
