| 6BEA2694-A01C-4EFC-82B6-A6188263BB5A was the last one. I've had about 5 crashes tonight, in just a couple of hours, and that is pretty unusual. | ||

| Jule, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Can you also post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It's going to appear in a few places in the file. These are both rather long but that's ok, I'd like to see it all, even if it takes more than one post. | ||

| Jule, You make a dxdiag text file by running the dxdiag program, and clicking on the "Save All Information" button after it's done. Call it what ever you want and save it where ever you want, but make sure it's saved as a Text File (*.txt) in the Save as Type field. Then just cut and paste the contents of the file into a reply. | ||

| Jule, The D3Debug file points to a possible problem related to sound so I'd first try updating the Realtek drivers you're currently using. Try these: http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Codec-Windows-Vista-Windows-7-64-bit/3000-2120_4-75317047.html?tag=main;dropDownForm Use the Direct Download Link. I'd suggest not downloading any of the optional components or installers they offer. | ||
