| After reinstalling my computer all my chars is gone. I've noticed that on the login screen it's says "retrieving hero list" but at my house... all chars are gone.. what to do ?!?! =( p.s. Friend list are gone too... | ||

| Uglyfoo, Make sure you're on the right region where the characters were originally created. On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection. Once it's right, continue logging in and see if your missing characters are back. | ||
