| Hey I don't know if this is the right place to create this topic and I'm new to forums, but I just recently got hacked, I finally got back access to my account after a long process and I am very thankful for Blizzards support, but, some bad stuff has happened. I logged into my Diablo 3 game, and guess what I saw, I saw a character (level 50 I think) that I did not create nor do I want this character. Also, I have achievements that I did not earn myself and do not want these either, I also have some friends that I did not friend and do not want these friends either. I know that all of these things happened on my Diablo 3 game, and similar things probably happened on my other blizzard games too. All I really want is to completely reset my games back to zero, if that makes sense. I want to basically make my battle.net account completely new like I had just created an account. I want to do this because I really want my games to go back to the way they were when I left them, and sadly, a hacker has ruined my games for me. I don't really care to much about if I have to lose my friends because of this or not because a lot of them are not even friends I friended myself. All I want is to keep my games so I can play them again without having to worry about achievements or friends or characters or items I did not get myself. If there is any way I can do this request to my account, please let me know, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. |
