| CravingPenta, That's a strange one then. Blizzarderror is just the utility we have that collects a game error and allows it to be submitted to our QA department for analysis. I've never seen it have a problem itself but I suppose if it did, it would probably be connection or permission related as it needs to send info to us via the net. If you use a firewall or antivirus app, you might want to try adding Blizzarderror.exe to it's exclusion list. It could also be that the utility is corrupted too. To get a new copy, delete the Diablo III\Diablo III.exe file and the Blizzarderror.exe file inside the Diablo III\InspectorReporter folder. | CravingPenta, i did some searching on the internet That's a good way to pick up something you really don't want. It's also a good way to corrupt your existing game installation. The file version in what you downloaded "16416" isn't current either. The crash info for the error you just submitted places it under this bug info. "File data has wrong version - not patched properly" You may need to reinstall completely now as I really don't know what state your game is in any more, but first, we'll try something that may work. Delete the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish.
