| Hi all, I am posting here because customer services has said that I should report the bug here to see if anything can be done to find out what happened. I listed a Dex crit mempo on EU HC, Order ID: 1483935973, for 599,999,999gold but only received 76,499,999gold. Basically I had this listing listed for a few hours, decided to take it off AH and relist again to refresh the start time to 1d 11h. I always double check listings after I list them in case of mistakes, especially the expensive ones but when the mempo sold and showed 76,499,999gold I was wondering what was going on. I tried hard to think of the moment but I was still quite sure I listed it back for 599,999,999gold. At that moment I did think maybe it's possible I missed a digit somehow, but that would give me either 59,999,999gold if I missed a 9 or 99,999,999gold if I missed a 5. How did it end up being 89,999,999gold. I created a case with customer services and said if it was my fault I will accept it but for something this valuable I always double check. Furthermore I pointed out to the fact I just took it off for 599,999,999gold there was no way I would list it at 89,999,999gold as it just didnt make sense. The cheapest Dex mempo is worth way more then this. Please check and see what could have possibly caused this. One of the customer service consultants did say the system records show I took it off at 599,999,999gold and sold it at 89.999.999gold and it was at 6am and at that time I could possibly make a mistake but I don't think so. I can't prove that I listed it at that price as I didn't take any screenshots but hopefully the development team can find out what can possibly cause this. Hopefully this issue can be resolved as it is not pleasant to lose gold in such a manner. Thank you for your time and look forward to a reply. | ||
