| Seen many people having the same problem that game freezes / crashes and needs to be shutdown by task manager and such. I am myself having these problems aswell, my game freezes randomly for 10-15 seconds and then it resumes normally, randomly occurs... This really starts to irritate. I play mainly HC and this is the main problem why my chars keeps dying. I enjoy playing HC more than softcore and these things needs to be fixed by somehow. Cannot enjoy this game when chars keeps dying because of some screen freezes. Wasted alot of time for lvling a char and then suddenly just its gone. These things really need to be solved. All other games works perfectly. If any other player have solved this problem, i would like to know how. And ya, all drivers are up to date, even Graphic card. PS: Got W7 | ||

| Hello, Can you try resetting the game back to defaults by going to your Documents library, and in there go to the Diablo III folder and just remove the D3prefs.txt file? If that doesn't help, can I ask for a Dxdiag report please: battle.net/support/article/obtaining-system-files-301772 | ||
