| Dotsero, Could you have used a different Battle.net account? The one you're posting from has never had any games at all other than the Starter Edition you just installed today. I need more info in order to try finding the account if you can't remember what it was. Do you still have the Authentication key that came in the box when you bought the game? | Nicko, You would go to your Battle.net Account Management page and where you see the games section, you should see the option to upgrade your Diablo III Starter Edition. You'll use the 26 digit code for that. | HinÄa, It looks like you had another Battle.net account that you used for Diablo III. It also appears it may have been compromised and subsequently restricted from playing. You're going to need to submit a support ticket and work with our Billing Department and see if they're able to assist in getting the original game license back or not. | Wamzz, It looks like you were using a different Battle.net account when you first installed and played the retail version of Diablo III. You'll need to remember and use the original account name to regain access to the full game. | Msky32, It appears you also had another Battle.net account at one time that you had added Diablo III to. It also appears that account may have been compromised back in 2012. | TheSinEmon, The Battle.net account you're currently posting from has a properly attached Diablo III retail version. | LogicVeck, The Battle.net account you're posting from was just made a few days ago on 2014-06-30 so it could not have had Diablo III attached for 3 months. You must have used a different account when you first registered the game. I believe I found another of your accounts but it also has just a Starter Edition attached, though it was created 12/30/2013 and last accessed 5/18/2014. It's a Hotmail account ending in "321" if that helps you to remember it. If you know you purchased the retail version of the game, I suggest you contact a Support representative and provide them with the authentication key. they'll be able to look up where the key was attached and hopefully be able to confirm you as the owner. If your account has starter edition privileges and you just upgraded online, then please try changing the password on your account as this will force an update of your account info.
