Since the patch last night I've been having terrible lag where I cannot do anything for several minutes at a time. In the end I usually have to force close the game because I cannot exit the game normally. I get an error message. Has anyone had these issues? Please help. This is very frustrating.

Hello,

Can you please check your router? I'm concerned that if it's happening to both of you (even independently) then it may be a router issue.

Try this:

1. Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com
2. Note down your IP-address
3. Unplug the landline cable from your router for a couple minutes
4. Connect it again and verify you can access the Internet
5. Access the http://whatismyipaddress.com again and verify that IP-address has changed
6. Try and access the game if you have a new IP-address
