| Since the patch last night I've been having terrible lag where I cannot do anything for several minutes at a time. In the end I usually have to force close the game because I cannot exit the game normally. I get an error message. Has anyone had these issues? Please help. This is very frustrating. | ||

| Hello, Can you please check your router? I'm concerned that if it's happening to both of you (even independently) then it may be a router issue. Try this: 1. Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com 2. Note down your IP-address 3. Unplug the landline cable from your router for a couple minutes 4. Connect it again and verify you can access the Internet 5. Access the http://whatismyipaddress.com again and verify that IP-address has changed 6. Try and access the game if you have a new IP-address If that doesn't help, can I please ask for a pathping to your region: battle.net/support/article/running-a-pathping-test | ||
