| WHEELOFTIME, What happens when you try installing the game? Are there any error messages? Are you installing from a DVD or via the digital download? Do you have any internet security programs like an antivirus or firewall program in use? | ||

| WHEELOFTIME, If the game won't install, something on your system is likely blocking it from doing so. It doesn't run the game during an install, it just copies over files and extracts them into folders. Patching requires an internet connection so if you use any firewalls, they may need to be temporarily disabled. Problems can arise from permissions issues, antivirus programs, etc... First, make sure you've deleted the previous Agent files by following the steps in these two articles. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-the-battlenet-cache-folder-pc?utm_source=internal&utm_medium=support_forums&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-battlenet-tools-folder-pc?utm_source=internal&utm_medium=support_forums&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS Before trying to reinstall, create a new Windows user account and add it to the administrators group. Log off Windows and back on with the new user. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/creating-a-new-administrator-account-pc Temporarily disable any antivirus apps you use and then and then try installing. | ||
