| A few days ago i updated the game after not playing for months. At that specific time I could login but a few days later (of not playing) I tried opening the game, it would open the 'looking for update files' window but nothing would happen with the loading bar. I deleted the game but now when i try reinstalling I get the same 'looking for update files' error. After i deleted the hidden battlenet files the loading bar would load to 25% and then after a while give me an error with this link: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/BLZAPPBTS00007 Ive tried everything the article says but nothing helps. No clue what to do. One thing i noticed (which might be normal) is that when i get the error and tried again I had to close 3 'agent' processes after i got the error, but only one 'agent' when i closed the loading window before i got the error. Might not be important though. Any help? | ||

| If opening Internet Explorer works, then it would usually imply that something is blocking the Agent from accessing Internet Explorer. Please check that the Agent.exe program is not blocked in any security software you have currently installed. | ||
