| 1) Discordant Seal [Rare Ring] (around 1:30am on 2/1/2013) 89str 71 vit 45 arcane resist 9% attack speed 26% crit damage 4.5% crit chance Bid 50,000,000 on a ring that had zero bids. Its opening bid was 50,000,000. Got the “due to heavy load†notification. My bid seemed to have gone through before the auction ended but after it ended I did not receive the item nor was the gold sent to my completed tab. 2) Blackthorns’s Jousting Mail (around 3:46pm on 2/1/2013) 446 armor 163 str 93 dex 95 int 305 vit 375 life on hit 11% life 20 mf I was outbid for 45,555,555 in the final seconds, which was returned to my completed tab. I immediately rebid 55,555,555 and got the “due to heavy load†notification. The 55,555,555 does not show in my log, not have the item or gold been returned to my completed tab. That’s over 100m of my gold, or two of my items, that are floating around somewhere. Blizz resolution would be much appreciated! | ||

| Sahbatage, The numbers I see are a little different than what you're listing. For the Blackthornes, I see you were outbid with a bid of 40,000,000 and that that gold was reclaimed 2013-02-01 at 21:47:08 UTC and then that it was won by you with a bid of 42,000,000. That transaction hasn't finished processing though. Allow it some time and it will be sent. For the ring, I see a transaction with one won with a bid of 50,000,000 so that's probably it. It also hasn't finished processing yet. When posting this sort of thing, it really doesn't help to list all of the stats as we can't see any of them with our tools. I simply see "Ring" when it comes to rare items and that's it. Legendary and Set items are listed with their names so that helps some to identify them but again, no stats are available to us. If for any reason, the items haven't been sent with the next 72 hours, go ahead and submit a support ticket. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||

| Sahbatage, I can only reiterate what I see in my tools. I see the Blackthorne's Jousting Mail being won on transaction ID # 1344664381 for 42,000,000. I don't see the time the auction ended though as that's part of the issue we're experiencing with the AH presently, but the status should still be valid. The item ID # which you can't see matches the one you were outbid for 40,000,000 so it's the same item. I can only suggest you 'wait and see" what happens now. I've no way to influence the transaction nor would a support ticket help at this stage as they'll basically ask you to wait as well, since the transaction just completed today amidst known issues with the AH taking a while to process. | ||
