| id#1336408485 it shows i had canceled my ice climbers that i placed in AH, but i dont have the item in my stash. Gold AH has been VERY buggy lately. These were a pretty good ice climbers that i lost too. 180 str, 12 movement speed ones. I have knowticed something that has something to do with when your items you are selling expires, it sometimes does not automatically go to stash. I think this is where i lost my ice climbers because i saw it on my screen auctions selling screen, it cleared said "expired" and was there for quite some time. it didnt automatically go to my completed items section where it normally automatically returns there. This item ended on 1/29/2013 and it is still not in my completed items section. i have read that a few people have already experienced losing items as of recently and it looks like i have fallen victim to this as well. Please look into this and see if i can get my ice climber back. Because of this issue, i have already gone ahead and not try to sell any of my big valueable items because i am scared your Buggy gold AH will eat my item again. So please look into this issue and fix it for not just me, but other Diablo 3 players. Thank you. | ||

| RidinDirty, For auction ID 1336408485, it shows the Ice Climbers were reclaimed 2013-01-30 at 07:19:09 UTC. They were then relisted on auction ID 1339690431 2013-01-30 at 07:25:00 UTC. That auction didn't result in a sale either so it would have run the full 36 hours. You need to give it some more time to finish processing and they'll be returned. If for some reason they haven't been sent back within the next 72 hours, submit a support ticket. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||
