| Been playing Diablo 3 all day. Take a break to eat dinner. Come back, Blizzard Launcher updates. Diablo 3 updates to 1.06 v1334 "Fixed issues regarding users upgrading from Diablo 3 Starter Edition" Now, when I click Play, it says my video card "GTX 650 Ti, Windows XP Service Pack 3" are not supported. It then opens up a website. What's going on? I can't play anymore. | ||

| As some of you are already aware, pressing the ESC key will bypass the "Unsupported Video Card" message and allow you to continue into the game. This issue has been reported and it is currently being looked into. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please check the following sticky thread for any updates on this issue: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7810092923#1 ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| GutRipper There is a better video driver available than the one you currently have installed. Lets install the driver to see if that helps. Here's a link for the driver download: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-310.90-whql-driver.html When you are going to install the driver I would like for you to select "Custom Install" > Uncheck everything except for the graphics driver > Check the "Perform a clean install" box > Continue with the install ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| GutRipper Updating the driver wouldn't resolve the "Unsupported video card" message because that is a known issue on our end. I just suggested the driver update because you were running on a video driver from 2008. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| SlyLeSchizo Hit the ESC key when you see that message. That should bypass the message and let you continue into the game. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||
