| Last night submitted a bid on a Chantodo's Will with 1.7M gold, winning & should be ended ~2 hours after my logged out last nite. However, it's totally disappeared when logged in again tonite! Not in the current bids section, not in the auction log! Neither Gold refund nor the wand in the Completed Items box too. It's just gone & don't know what's happened on it at all! On the other hand, have the max 10 items posted for bidding in progress before log out last night, but now only 7 remain (3 still in progress, 4 come back for sending back to stash) ! 3 disappeared in same way as described above on my target Chantodo's Will. Tech Support, what should I do?? | ||

| Kenmok , You won the item, just give it some time to finish processing and it will be sent. Th AH has been lagging lately causing delays in items and gold being received. If for any reason, the item has not been sent within 72 hours of the auction ending, please submit a support ticket. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||
