| Last night I sniped a Blackthorne's Ducraig Cross from the Gold AH. Both the bid I put up and the item are nowhere to be found. It has been almost 12 hours with it not showing up in my AH log and other items having gone through being bought and sold and them showing up. I can provide a SS of the item in the winning bid section with the label "expired" under the Time Left section and well as it showing me have won the bid. | ||

| Gatherbro, You won the item and it will be sent, but the AH is lagging lately so you'll need to allow more time than usual. If for some reason it hasn't arrived within 72 hours of the auction ending which was on 2/1/2013, you can submit a support ticket. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||

| RemyZ, It looks like any transaction can be subjected to longer than normal delays in returning/sending out items or gold. | ||
