| I have lost my SOJ. There is no transaction records and no gold received after the transaction time out. Its currently been more than 24hours. Do I still contiune to wait? | ||

| UnDine, The auction ended without a sale 2013-01-31 at 23:16:09 UTC. Give it at least 72 hours from that date/time before submitting a ticket if it hasn't been returned yet. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||

| JONE5lUCK , Your auction was begun 2013-01-30 at 00:26:16. It didn't sell so it would have run 36 hours. As I've been saying in all these AH issue posts, you need to wait at least 72 hours after the auction ends before submitting a ticket about items or gold not being returned. If you don't, they're just going to tell you to wait. I suggest you simply wait and the item will be returned, but if for some reason it's not in the next 72 hours, then you would submit a ticket as I described in an earlier post in this thread. | ||
