| Recently i bought a new PC and installed Diablo 3 again. Connecting was not a problem, but when I entered the character selection screen all my chars/items etc were gone!!! I had no problems connecting to the game or logging into my account, so a hack seems unlikely to me. Any one can help with this? I never deleted any of the characters myself. I already tried connecting to other locations, but then I got the suspetive activity thing and needed to reset password etc. But i can't see them on another server on my profile either... PLZZZZ help! | ||

| Hi there, As Doomsinger says, mostly when this happens it's just because you've logged into another region other than the one you were playing on originally. Just check the other Regions, hopefully your account will be there. | ||
