| Hello! Yesterday i was playing normal and suddenly account was locked due to suspicious activity. I play on two computers since launch of game and never had problems so far. I have attached physical authenticator that works correct. When i try yo unlock account i don't receive SMS with confirmation code. Checked my carrier and they say SMS service is working correct. Wrote a ticket but no response so far. About two weeks ago i had problems with receiving SMS when posting in RMAH, but this got fixed fast. | ||

| Just to add, we are looking into issues with SMS messages not being sent/received, if the SMS issues continue, please can you let us know the country and provider you're with? It'll help us look into this issue. | ||
