| I started to play Diablo 3 again , but it's a problem . When I open it , this error showed up : "Diablo 3 Retail has stopped working " and this sometimes : "The instruction at 0x01e857 a referenced memory at 0x000000b8. The memory could not be read. ". I played Diablo 3 like 4 - 5 months ago and it worked perfectly , I don't change anything at my computer so .. I tried to reinstall it , repair tool , delete cache , nothing worked so please help me I just want to play this game .. | ||

| Hello, Can you check that no other application is interfering: battle.net/support/article/shutting-down-background-applications If that doesn't help, can I please ask for a Dxdiag report: battle.net/support/article/obtaining-system-files-301772 Which'll give us more info to try and look into this issue. | ||
