I logged in and noticed that there were some sort of command prompts running on the left side of my screen and then game was acting real slow. Every so often a white blip would come across the top of the screen. I assumed the worse and changed all my passwords and set my authenticator to run every login. Should I be doing anything else or has anyone experienced the same kind of issue?

HandGestures,

There's no sign of an account compromise. If it continues, I'd like to see your dxdiag info first to confirm the hardware being used and drivers are up to date.

You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.

HandGestures,

Nothing much seems wrong there, except:

Your video drivers are a bit old. Sony has an update on their site newer than what you have now but even those are pretty old. Still, it's worth updating.

More importantly though is I see you have a power-saving power profile in use. That's going to have a big impact on performance.

Current Setting: {651288E5-A7ED-4076-A96B-6CC62D848FE1} (Balanced)

Open the Control Panel and the Power Options applet inside and set it to High Performance and it ought to be a little zippier.
