| Hello! When starting up the launcher, it was stating "updating blizzard launcher 100%" once. Currently it's simply stuck at "initializing..". I am running Windows XP 32bit. I have my AV disabled (F-secure 2012). Windows firewall disabled. I was able to run Internet explorer. I have restarted my computer. The game was running fine last week. To my knowledge I've not made any software changes within that timeframe; no driver updates, no AV updates - subscription ran out 2 weeks ago. Has there been any recent update? If there has been, am I able to manually delete downloaded files and attempt a re-download (in the case of corrupted files)? Edit: -- Update -- In some cases it continues to: "Updating blizzard launcher 100%" remaining stuck there. Edit2: The issue has resolved itself. Thread can be closed or Locked. Thanks. | ||

| Hello, Can you please make sure that you remove this folder too: battle.net/support/article/deleting-battlenet-files We also have had reports that simply opening Internet Explorer, then launching the game, can help get you past the 'Initializing' phase. | ||
