| Whenever I try to start a game in act 2 or enter the start of act 2 by completing act 1 and taking the caravan, the game crashes. I have tried switching heroes, difficulty, monster power, etc. and it still crashes regardless. Any help? | ||

| Hello, Can you try going to your Diablo III game folder, then Data_D3, then PC and then MPQs, and in here remove the Cache folder and see what happens with the game? Also try running the Repair Tool. You can find this on the Launcher, under the Help menu. If this doesn't help, and you get an error number with the crash, can you please post that so we can take a closer look? Thanks! | ||
