| Problem: Starting roughly last week, I keep disconnecting ingame - either sent to the menu and I can rejoin immediately, or sent right back to login. I don't lose internet connection, and I can browse other sites. Question: I've tried all common guides and tips and I'm out of ideas. This forum also sometimes doesn't load up. Is this some routing issue beyond my control or has anyone suffering from this found a way to fix it? Pings start getting spiky starting at the Telia servers. Details and measures taken: The issue exists in multiplayer, in the auction house, and solo, regardless of which character I'm using. If I do anything using the mouse (sell, attack, run), there's a chance I'll disconnect. Internet setup: w7 x64 --> cable ethernet --> fritzbox 7360 This is a typical error log from d3debug.txt: 2013.07.02 14:35:59.987700500 recv() failed: Connection reset. 2013.07.02 14:35:59.987867500 ClientSocket Disconnect 2013.07.02 14:35:59.988043900 UIStartup_ClientDisconnected msg=The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server. Things I tried so far: Secondary logon is enable, firewall and AV disabled, router firmware updated, tried with and without UPnP, router firewall off, updated windows, flushed dns, tried other DNS servers, repaired d3 game via launcher, tried with and without administrator rights and xp3 compatibility mode, joined general/trade chat, reset battlenet cache Pathping and tracert reveals no problems on my end, only ping timeouts after the third or fourth telia server (which is on purpose on their end). /edit: This guy here seems to be having the same issues, despite being in the US http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/9377149391 | ||

| There appears to be a severe packet loss issue around here: 3 8ms 7/ 100 = 7% 7/ 100 = 7% 212.95.100.151 0/ 100 = 0% | Unfortunately it's outside of your network, and out of our control too. Can you please pass this pathping along to your ISP? They should be able to take a closer look at what's happening here. | ||
