| I keep getting an error saying "can not validate core files". this has happened many times now and also caused me to lose my Hc wizard and items which is rather annoying. Can anybody help with this problem? i've tried reinstalling but i still keep getting the same error. | ||

| Hello, Can you try running a scandisk on the hard drive where the game's installed? battle.net/support/article/running-scandisk-defrag Then try the game again? May also be a good idea to try running the game in a new administrator account, try setting up a cmpletely new account, log into that and start the game, then see what happens. | ||

| Can you try going to the game folder, then Data_D3, PC and then MPQs, and in here delete the Cache folder, then restart the game client and see what happens? | ||
