| Blizzard says 'we cant fix it' and locks the posts. there is no further discussion from the side of blizzard. The question is.. What Now? we will have forever broken achievements? Blizzard this issue is from the first patch and appear on many ppls. The database is on your servers. You HAVE to spend some time to fix this. Or - the worst option - reset those so we will be able to get them ..once more. Telling the customers that 'We cant do anything' i suppose it is against the policy of the rules. The problem is on your game and you have to work on this. I dont know the amount of work to do but with my primitive knowledge i suppose it should be a checkup on the saved data. Locking the threads is no a solution. Sincerely, explain at least the reasons of why you cant do it. And more than that, who assures us that this will no happen again? To me it is a lesser achievement, but for some others is something much special. At least - do ya have it in your mind that there is a problem like this out there? | ||

| We're locking those threads because there is nothing that technical support can do, and the place to report these issues is on the bug report forum: battle.net/support/article/reporting-diablo-iii-bugs What we're saying is that we cannot do anything, as in Technical Support, as the issue is not related to the client or hardware configuration. They should be reported as bugs on our bug report forum, so they can be investigated by the correct team. | ||
