| Hi, I recently upgraded my starter D3 account, and I am unable to post in the Americas forums, where my account should be. Message says "trial accounts cannot make posts" or something like that. When clicking on the downarrow next to my battletag there is no "manage characters" link. Any solutions? | ||

| Hello, Can you try resetting or changing the password on your account, then try again? That'll force the account info to update, and hopefully you'll be able to post after this. | ||
