| Hello, I have this problem when I play D3 with my roommate. We share the same internet connection (3 M cable), and when we both run D3 + Skype/Mumble, the connection stays up for anywhere between 15 minutes and 2 hours before crashing. Then we have to wait for about 5 minutes for the connection to come back. This is rather annoying, and I've tried updating the router firmware and disabling UPnP. They helped a bit, but didn't solve the problem. We would understand if the game would slow down a whole lot, but it doesn't. Do you think the connection is simply too slow? | ||

| Hello, On the Launcher for the game can you try disabling Enable Peer-to-Peer on the Downloader Preferences, then see what happens? Can I ask which kind of network connection you're using? I mean from the trace it looks like an ethernet connection, but I just want to be sure. | ||

| In that case, can you try seeing if there's a flow control option available on your network adapter's settings? You can get to them by following the steps in this article (it's a wow one but they're the same steps): battle.net/support/article/disconnects-unknown-entities-naked-characters-red-s-and-other-strange-things In there try putting any flow control options on, and also see if you can put any speed/duplex settings to auto | ||

| The only other thing I can think of is that potentially the router itself is experiencing issues. It's probably a long shot, but do you have another router you could sub in and test with instead, and see if that helps? | ||
