| Hello, i got a friend that i can't trade. he just got the mail from blizzard so he should could go action house, trade and all these stuffs. but he can't what do he need to do to make it work? | ||

| Hello, Did your friend upgrade their account online? If they did, it may take up to 72 hours for the transaction to be fully processed. If it's been more than that or it's been processed already, get them to try changing the password on their account. That'll force the account system to update, and it should hopefully work from there. | ||
