| Cryang, If you do a Google search on the keywords "stop 0x00000116 atikmpag sys", you'll see this is a pretty common issue. There are many articles offering various suggestions of fixes. You'd want to start though by verifying your computer has the latest video drivers available for it and that all of the Windows Updates and Service Packs are current. If any component is being overclocked, reset it back to the factory settings. Make sure your computer's power supply is of good quality and adequate for your hardware. If you've upgraded any components beyond what came with the Dell, the supply may be underpowered now. | ||
