| I'm in Inferno difficulty and as soon as I enter the Chamber of Suffering the game crashes. It happened 3 times. The 4th time I was able to get to the cinematic but as soon as I skip it and the game continues, it crashes. The 5th and 6th times I'm able to get the Butcher down to roughly 40% and then the game crashes. I haven't been able to finish the fight in 6 attempts and this all has happened in under 5 minutes. What is going on? I don't get any Error #, and I've tried skipping and watching the entire cinematic. It also doesn't matter where in the Chamber I'm standing. | ||

| BurntToast , Delete the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache first, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. | ||

| BurntToast , I'd have to recommend you reinstall the game at this point. If the repair utility isn't helping, that's the next step when corrupted data is suspected. | ||
