| My bro's account has been locked because he tried logging in using my computer and was told he was accessing through a different location. *we are all in the same house!* he can't submit a ticket (account locked) and can't get through to customer service - phone line closed even during the 7am to 8pm pacific time. He tried resetting his password but his CD key appears to not be working - it says not found. and using his pet name works but when the reset email came, the link when clicked on brings us back to the reset password page with 'Error' message in it. | EremiteWhite, There's really that can be done for him via the forums, he'll have to contact us either by ticket or phone. They're open again tomorrow with their hours being 10am to 6pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week. Tickets can be submitted any time. One thing he can try though is if the email link he was sent starts with "SEA", change that to "US" and then try it. | ||
