| I was playing my char Drako(DH) on hardcore eu, he was lvl 51 and just a few mins ago i got dc'd with an error 3.... i cannot remember the exact number. i tried to relogg an i got a server error message and told me to check the server status, i tried the server page and was offline, in few mins i could see it on and i relloged only to see my char dead. I tried to submit a ticket and all ur reporting modes were offline this this is why i wrote u this post. please check what happened and restore my char. I restarted my game and i got a new patch probably that was why the servers were down. please check this out and fix my problem. | ||

| Indeed. As rage-inducing as it can be, you have to accept that when you create a hardcore character you may lose it due to circumstances beyond your control. As for the error, was it 3006? If so, this support article may help to prevent it from happening to you again. | ||
