| Hey, i bought Diablo 3 on the 02/06/2013 via paypal. I am still unable to use various features of the game as it says my game is not verified. Please fix this, I know for a fact the money has gone through as it says so quite clearly on my bank statement! Cheers | ||

| Hello, Please first try resetting or changing the password on your account. That forces the account info to refresh, so might force this to update properly. If that doesn't work then the only thing I can suggest is what Gogu said, please contact our support team: battle.net/support/ticket/submit They will be able to look into your account and see what's gone wrong, and help fix it. | ||
