| The situation has somewhat improved over the last hour and the server population continues to rise as expected for this time of day. However, we're aware that some players are still experiencing issues and the investigation will continue. | ||

Yuup, same problem here. Any news Natryndin? It seems as though the servers hate my blue text because shortly after I posted, another pop drop of doom. The investigation continues and we're sorry once again to all those affected. yep, same here and no maintenance has announced. FYI, i can login to Asain and US but not EU, is that normal?.... This is only affecting EU servers as far as we can see. its funny how soo many people flame for a game going down for few hours haha Peeps just love Diablo. | ||

and in typical fashion...when u look at the "server status" page, it says online... yet in reality its not... yet more false information Incorrect. The EU server is up and 10's of thousands are playing away happily ignorant of the issues you guys are experiencing right now. We're trying to discern if there is a pattern in those affected. | ||

LOGINTO THE AMERICA SERVERS THEN LOGOUT, THEN LOG INTO EU WORKED JUST NOW This is a viable troubleshooting step for sure. Just bear in mind that all of the dropped players are trying to log back in at the same time so the authentication servers are under heavy strain even after the cause for the server 'hiccup' is no longer present. | ||

| The situation has not yet stabilised and we continue to investigate. We've now posted a breaking news item in the game client to help keep everyone up to date. This is obviously a very high priority and we're doing all we can to get you guys back into Sanctuary as soon as possible. | ||

| Good afternoon everyone. I'm afraid we don't really have anything new to share at this point other than to say that the server was pretty stable overnight. We're continuing our investigation to see if there is any more we can do at this end to eliminate these incidents and will be constantly monitoring the server during peak time this evening. Just logged in after being denied from authentication for the past few minutes, and now all my characters are gone. Where are they Blizzard? Are you sure you're logged on to the correct region Topher420? | ||
