Hi everyone.

Last year i got a message from Battle.net saying "my account was compromised" and had to change my password during a visit to my parents house after connecting from my brother's web provider shortly after playing from my house (hooray for laptops and domestic low-cost flights).

This year, one of my best friends is spending a week of his vacations visiting me, coming to my house with his laptop.

Since we each own a copy of the game is there any problem playing from the same Internet access provider or the worse thing to happen will be a "mandatory" change of password on his part? He has been off the game for more than a month due to work and school.

Thanks for the time spent reading and replying,
Happy demon hunting everybody
:)

No and yes. There should be no problem playing from the same IP address, but a soft-lock may occur if Battle.net believes the IP to be abnormal or suspicious. If that happens, he will just need to reset his password and he will be able to play fine at your house for the rest of his vacation.

Have fun guys!
