My phone's been broken since yesterday, and therefore can't use it's mobile authenticator to log into the game or the website.

Anyway around this? Is there an official app I can use on my PC, or do I need to detach the authenticator from my account?

Brunzattack,

That's something you'll need to contact our Billing Department for help with. They'll assist in removing the authenticator once you've established ownership of the account to their satisfaction, then you can put it back on once you have it working again. We really don't recommend PC alternatives to mobile authenticators.

You'll need to find a way. They need the identification in order to know you're the rightful owner of the account. Maybe you can borrow a friend's phone for a second to snap a picture then email it to you?

Authenticators are optional, they're not required, just highly recommended. If your phone's status is an issue, you can always get the standalone keyfob model for under $7.
