| Hi, I was advice by Customer Service Representative to post my issue at here.... I was facing Item sold but money do not received since 10 Nov 2012, total 5 transaction... all the transaction it come with payment email, but yet i never received payment.. | FFPANG, You'll need to submit a support ticket as we can't assist with Auction House transactions here in the forum. They'll be able to escalate it accordingly so it can be investigated. There MUST be a ticket in the system for that. I looked at the account and couldn't find any of the transaction IDs you listed. That may be due to it being so long ago, I don't know though. This is why you need to have it escalated. | ||
