| Hello Dear Support Blizzard. Please help me this is a problem. I can not start the game in any section 3 of the act. For any character. Loading then black screen and then goes out. 1,2,4 acts run normally. | Toliatina, The codes are used to identify the crash info you submitted. In looking up your codes, I see it's likely due to corrupted cache data. Delete the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache first, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. | ||
