| I purchased and was charged for 2 radiant star emeralds, yet only one was sent to my stash. Is this a common occurrence? Will I be refunded for the 1 radiant star emerald I did not receive? Will it be sent to me later? | ||

| Poohdini , I only see a charge for 1 emerald. The email you get may reflect what you tried to order but you were only charged for what you received. | ||
