If there is a lot of mobs around me and especially when i play in party where is CM wizzard my ping goes up to 3000ms and screene freezes like 2-5sec. U cant perform any action that u can see on the screen only LAGS!!! I've tried like everything: 1. reinstall windows x2 2. try win8 on Virtual machine 3. firewall options 4. bought new router Tp-Link WR4300 5. get public IP adress and port forwarding (1119) or set my PC on DMZ zone 6. try fixes from youtube like delete D3prefs, setting hardwareclass 1 etc 7. switch graphic cards from ATI 5850 (using now) to GTX660 8. all combination of graphic options ingame 9. turn off some windows processes 10. reinstal diablo 11. setting TRIM, indexing etc to my SSD, 12. moving Diablo folder to HDD drive 13. many others i dont remember... Only one thing SOMETIMES help - but its random and dont know if this help or something different: D3Overrider to force enable VSYNC and trilinear buffering But still there isnt any soluton to this lags and so many ppl have it. This also isnt a client problem - other online games looks fine with low latency.
