| Are you able to logout and in to this website OK Abocanhadora? If it's not incorrect username/password then the steps outlined in the support article you linked almost always work. If you have an authenticator attached to the account, you could try removing it from and immediately reattaching it to your Battle.net account. Also try temporarily disabling your anti-virus and firewall software to see if that makes any difference. | ||
