| keep getting stuck at the retrieve hero section and then getting this error. Played this morning before ISP crashed now cant get in. Checked battlenet and my account is showing as active, anyone else having this problem? | ||

| Hello, If you experienced an internet crash and now can't get back in, usually power cycling your router and flushing your DNS cache should help: battle.net/support/article/ip-release-renew-and-flush-dns | ||
