| Hi guys! Just want some help regarding the situation of my friend. My friend got this battle.net account in it, He recently put an authenticator, but bad things happened, his cellphone got lost and he cannot login on his account. Suddenly, he used the "Remove Authenticator" webform of Blizzard and demands his Government-issued ID so that they can remove the authenticator on his account. Another bad thing, the name of his Battle.net account is not matched with his ID, because he uses his nickname. Can you help us Blizzard support? This situation has some really pain-in-the problems and We don't know how to approach your support properly because the support just keep telling us we don't have enough proof that he owns the account. >.< | ||

The thing is, We can't reply to the ticket because it needed him to log on to his Battle.net, which is a "problem" because he lost the authenticator key >.< Actually, you don't. Just use the same webform you used before to submit the requested information. =) | ||
